Looks like the blog died. BIG TIEM.
I've been struggling with DreamHost over complications with my debit card and the fact that-- THEY DON'T TRUST ME.

They don't believe my credit card is miiiine.
It's a never ending struggle.

I'm really disappointed that the inside art for Jenna Jameson's Shadow Hunter is quite beautiful.

Zombie Noises: Posting Guidelines!

Alright, I've been a mega-lazy with this blog-- despite the fact that I've been ranting about this site for a few months. So I've got some general posting guidelines for those of you who are members of this blog and everyone and anyone who may partake in the zombie antics in the future.

♥subjects of relevance

Here at Zombie Noises, we're here to talk about;

Zombies, Zombie Movies, and anything pertaining to Zombies.
Survival Horror as an entire genre.
Japanese Horror and International Horror in general.
New York, New York City, and the Tri-state area.
Graveyard/Horror Fashion.
Gothic & Lolita Fashion.

Why Gothic & Lolita? It has nothing to do with zombies-- I just like it.
So there.

♥the anatomy of a post

When posting photos, you don't have to include any text or information as long as it is obviously relevant to the subjects above. If not, please at least include some little blurb on where the photo is from.

When posting links, please include a brief explanation and summary as to what the hell you just posted. It just looks nicer.

Reviews of anything don't need much other than a picture of a promotional poster, a box cover, or a screen shot. That and a link to the website, imdb, TV tome, etc etc would also be very cool. You don't have to give it stars or anything. That's quite silly.

Tag/Label all of your posts, according to what it is. Photo, Review, or Link, and the title of whatever it is or where it's from. That would be awesome.

That's pretty much it. Just try not to post HUGE giganto photos that will kill the bandwidth of anyone still unlucky enough to be on dial-up. Watch your spelling and your language.

Expect more changes in the future.

28 Weeks Later

Just came back from seeing 28 Weeks Later with the boyfriend, Mint, and her boyfriend.

Over-all I'd have to say the movie is full of several horrible traumatizing moments. Once leaving the theater I felt as if in shock. I still feel a little tense.

The gore was nice, and the people were just stupid enough to make every suspenseful second more agonizing than the last one. It's a well-done movie, and keeps you on your toes-- but I left feeling empty. The ending felt sour, after nearly an hour of build-up... it ended and left me feeling more anxious and upset than anything else.

I think the most disappointing thing about the movie and the comic 28 days later: The Aftermath is that you never hear anymore of the characters from the first movie ever again. Jim was the man. :(

Oh well. Good for a zombie flick, I suppose. Quite possibly the most realistic I've seen so far, but I still prefer the first one.

Sequels are supposed to suck, anyway.
